If your return is eligible for a refund please return in the original packaging with your receipt. Once we have received the package we will email you to notify you and advise if we are able to accept your return.
If eligible your refund will be processed, and the funds applied via your original method of payment. We cannot be responsible for delays in your bank processing the return.
If your items are defective or damaged will are able to offer an exchange. We will need evidence of the damaged product either by having the item returned to us or photographic evidence. Please contact us to discuss.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return any unwanted items. If an item is damaged on arrival the shipping cost will be covered by us.
You are also responsible for any tracking required for your shipping as we can’t guarantee we will receive your return.
All parcels are dispatched from Noosa, QLD, we deliver Australia wide.
We aim to dispatch next day on weekdays for orders received before 4pm to get your care packs delivered ASAP.
Sadly, we can't guarantee deliver times as we rely on Australia post. Most deliveries will take 1-2 business days (from dispatch) with some rural location taking 3-4 business days. Please keep this in mind when ordering for a specific date.
We post with 'Authority to leave' so if the recepitant isn't home when the parcel arrives it will be left. If the driver doesn't think there is anywhere safe to leave your parcel it will be taken to the local post office for collection.
